Use as a primer to seal and add tooth to most surfaces for maximum acrylic and oil paint adhesion. Highly pigmented with excellent coverage in one coat. Provides a bright, clean, opaque white finish. Can be thinned with water to desired consistency. Dries quickly and is smooth and extremely flexible. Water-based and non-toxic.
