Delivery & Returns

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment, however during very busy periods, your order may take up to 5 working days to be despatched.  

Please note that orders placed on Friday are despatched from Monday onwards.

Postage and packing on UK & NI orders of £30.00 and over is free. On orders under £30, there is a postage charge of £3.95 for 2nd class and £4.50 for 1st class. We have the option for orders that are over £30 to upgrade to 1st class postage. We also have the option for UK orders to upgrade to APC delivery.

Please ensure that all your address details are entered correctly when placing your order. Unfortunately, we will have to charge additional postage costs for any orders that are returned to us as undelivered by Royal Mail, as a result of address details being supplied incorrectly.

We must be notified of any undelivered orders within 20 days of you placing your order. We cannot accept claims for missing orders after this period. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until it has been undelivered for 13 working days from the due delivery date, this is for items sent within the UK. For items sent to Europe, it is 20 working days and for all other destinations, it is 25 working days. Please note that this time scale is set by Royal Mail, not ourselves.

Please note that we do not dispatch to PO Box numbers, unless the address is registered to your PayPal account.


RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email and we will send you a pre-paid returns label if your item is faulty. If your original order was over £30 and you qualified for free postage, if you return item/s and your order value then falls below £30, you will be refunded for the item/s less the original postage charge. Please note this does not apply for faulty items.
