Pentart Chameleon Rub-On Pigments are a special pigment which produces a high-gloss, iridescent, chameleon effect. The application is easy, no glue is needed - you can simply rub them onto the surface with fingers, a silicone applicator or a sponge-round brush for dotting, using a circular motion. The powders can also be mixed with mediums that dry transparent, such as Pouring Glaze, Heavy Body Gel or Super Glass Resin. The surface to be embellished has to be dark and well prepared, very smooth and even and this is achieved by dipping the objects into the Dipping Paint, which will provide a smooth surface without brush strokes or you can use semi-gloss Creamy Acrylic Paint as a base. The decorated surface will need sealing with Pouring Glaze.
