Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Burst

Pixie Bursts are a dry mica powder and dye mix for creating a burst of colour giving amazing effects on any porous surface.

Gently puff the powder onto wet card or use a wet brush to paint with them or simply sprinkle onto a surface and mist with water.
