Do I have to open an account to place an order with you?

No, you can place an order on our website without opening an account, however if you do open an account, you will be able to collect customer loyalty points, view your order history and see when your orders have been dispatched. Please note that you will not receive any unsolicited emails from us if you do open an account. You will only receive marketing, special offers and new product notification emails if you have signed up for our newsletter.

I want to place an overseas order but I can't see my country listed?

At the moment, we only ship to countries where Royal Mail offer their International Tracking and Signature Service and the countries we deliver to are as follows:
